  • Shipping options and costs
    At GoClickStuff, we offer convenient shipping options tailored to suit your needs. Here's how our shipping costs work: 1. Flat Rate Shipping: For orders below $500, we provide a flat-rate shipping fee. The shipping cost is based on the total value of the items in your order and the service level you choose. Please note that business days, which exclude weekends and public holidays, are considered when calculating shipping time. The first full day your package is "in transit" is the starting point for counting business days. 2. Free Shipping for Orders Over $500: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $500. This offer is our way of showing appreciation for your larger purchases. Once your order qualifies for free shipping, you won't incur any additional shipping charges. Important Information: International Orders: GoClickStuff ships internationally from our warehouse, except when your order contains custom or made-to-order items. In such cases, these specialized items will be shipped directly from the maker to our international shipping hub. Once in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Custom and Made-to-Order Shipments: Custom and made-to-order items follow a specific process. They are dispatched directly from the maker to our international shipping hub. Here, they receive an international shipping label and are then handed over to the carrier for final delivery. Please be aware of our shipping policies and the distinction between business days and weekends/holidays when considering your delivery time.   • Carriers and other delivery information
    At GoClickStuff, we rely on trusted carriers to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Here are the details about our carriers and other important delivery information: Carrier Information: Standard/Economy Service: Orders shipped using our Economy service are usually delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) within the United States. Express Service: Express orders are handled by DHL and Fedex for swift and reliable delivery. New Zealand Orders: For our valued customers in New Zealand, we partner with GoSweetSpot for seamless deliveries. Important Points to Note: Specific Delivery Instructions: We regret that we cannot relay specific delivery instructions, such as leaving packages on the back porch or requesting delivery after a specific time. Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries typically take place between 8 am and 8 pm, although we are unable to specify or guarantee a precise delivery time or window. Signature Requirements: Most packages do not require signatures upon delivery. However, exceptions include items exceeding $500 in value or custom-made products of high value. In these cases, a signature may be required to ensure secure delivery. Rest assured, our priority is to deliver your orders swiftly and securely, making your shopping experience with GoClickStuff as smooth as possible.   • When will my order ship?
    Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days. We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. Items that ship directly from the artist, are custom-made, or are on backorder will ship by the date indicated on the website. Our advice during the holidays is -- Order as early as you can! We cannot guarantee that 100% of orders will be delivered timely; our carriers are doing their very best to deliver your packages, but we can't foresee all possible problems.
  • Do your prices include GST?
    Yes! All our prices include GST by default
  • Where do you ship from
    We have three main shipping locations; New Zealand, Europe and United States. A small percent of our orders, generally customized items, ship directly from the artist to the customer.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
